贾巍杨，天津大学建筑学院副教授、博士生导师，环境设计系教师，天津大学无障碍通用设计研究中心常务副主任。作为国内知名无障碍设计专家，担任中国残联无障碍专家指导委员会专家、中国老年保健协会老年人健康环境专业委员会副秘书长、中国建筑学会适老性建筑委员会委员和无障碍专业委员会委员。担任多项国家重大工程无障碍规划设计咨询和评审专家，包括：北京大兴国际机场、北京2022冬残奥会场馆等。
主要研究方向为无障碍与适老性规划设计。主持国家重点研发计划课题《研究适老助残的主动健康建筑基础设施共性关键技术》，国家自然科学基金《建筑无障碍标识色彩与尺度量化设计策略研究》《基于无障碍理念的建筑地面通行安全性能关键指标研究》，国家重点研发计划子课题《住区居住空间与服务设施适老化改造评价指标研究》《面向冬残奥会无障碍需求的便捷智慧生活服务体系及技术路线》，参与多项国家、省部级项目，发表论文数十篇。主编中国工程建设标准化协会标准《城市社区适老化性能评价标准》，参编多项标准。出版专著《无障碍环境和服务体系科技创新研究》《无障碍标识设计指南与图示》《无障碍与城市标识环境》。
师从彭一刚院士获得建筑学博士学位，留校任教至今。主讲《建筑设计/室内设计》、《设计技术基础》等多门专业课程。主讲的《无障碍设计》、《无障碍设计理念与实践研究》、南开大学《无障碍——生活中的人性化设计》经中国残联确认分别是国内第一个系统性的高校无障碍设计本科专业课、第一个无障碍研究生专业课和第一个高校无障碍通识课程，《无障碍设计》荣获省级“一流课程”。参加编写的住建部规划教材《无障碍设计》是国内第一部高校无障碍设计教材。指导学生作品获得多项国际、国内设计竞赛大奖。

Research Group
The research and education works of accessible design in the School of Architecture of Tianjin University began in 2005. In May, 2013，the“ Accessible Design Institute” was founded. The main teaching and research direction of the Institute are "general accessible design" and “age-friendly planning and design”. In 2017, the achievements of the Institute were recognized and appreciated by the China Disabled Persons' Federation (CDPF), and thus began to participate in the field of accessible engineering design substantially.
In 2019, supported by CDPF and Tianjin University, the Accessible Design Institute, together with the Urban Planning and Design Institute of Tianjin University, established a university research institution—Accessible & Universal Design Research Center of Tianjin University (AUDRC).
