张新，博士，天津大学微电子学院副研究员。本硕博分别毕业于四川大学、中国科学院大学和天津大学，主要从事片上太赫兹成像系统与模拟集成电路研究。已在IEEE TMTT、IEEE TTST、IEEE MWTL、 OE等领域主流期刊及会议上发表论文10余篇，获得授权专利6项。
