刘子泉，运动医学硕士，预防医学博士，硕士研究生导师。主要从事医学科研成果转化工作，研究方向为智能生命支持技术与装备。2012年参加了重大疫情救援防控，2013年参加了四川雅安地震灾害的医学救援工作，2016年参加8•12天津大爆炸现场医学救援等任务。担任中国医师协会急救复苏与灾难医学专委会心肺复苏与生命支持学组副组长、中国医学救援协会生命支持技术分会常务理事兼秘书长等学术任职。参与编写国家卫生部紧急医学救援培训大纲及教材14部，主持科研课题18项，参与53项；在国内外核心期刊发表科研学术论文200余篇；参与制定国家标准2项；获批国家专利18项；获省部级以上科研奖励8项；荣立个人三等功2次。
