Fu-Lin Zhang is from Shandong province.
He received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Department of Physics from Tianjin University in 2004 and 2007.
In 2010, he got his Ph.D. under Prof. Jing-Ling Chen in Chern Institute of Mathematics, Nankai University.
